AOP Bordeaux Red 2016 Vol.alcohol 13,5% Vol.

• Grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet
• Sauvignon
• Vinification: Aging in stainless steel tanks then in oak during 6 months before bottling
• Color: deep garnet red
• Nose: expressive, exploding in a bouquet of very ripe red berries
• Palate: fruity and fresh texture with melted tannins. Well balanced finish and lingering length in the mouth

The palate is ample and generous, concentrated fruit but rounded and grainy tannin.
Roasted coffee, aniseed and dark fruit flavours with a touch of roasted wood and a long
warm finish
