Château de Dracy Bourgogne Rouge 2022 is a refined red Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards in the Couchois area near Côte de Beaune. Planted on clay-limestone soils with high-density vineyards (10,000 vines/ha) and managed through sustainable viticulture, this wine reflects the pure, authentic character of Burgundy Pinot Noir.

Vinified in traditional wooden vats, the wine undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance fruitiness and roundness, followed by gentle tannin extraction tailored to each vintage. Native yeasts and partial oak aging (around 30%) add finesse, complexity, and subtle micro-oxygenation. Natural malolactic fermentation provides smoothness and structure.

The result is a Burgundy Rouge with a deep red color, expressive aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate smoky notes — elegant, balanced, and true to the Pinot Noir tradition of Burgundy.
