Winemaking
This very refreshing aperitif is made from a dealcoholized red wine base, produced from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, to which natural peach and lemon aromas, water, sugar, and carbon dioxide are added.
Color and Aroma
Ruby red in color, with clear aromas of lemon and peach.
Palate and Food Pairing
Light lemon and peach flavors. Ready to drink and ideal with appetizers or spicy dishes. Best served over ice and garnished with a slice of peach or other fresh fruit.
