Winemaking

Produced from Moscato grapes grown in Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy. Made using the Charmat-Martinotti method, with fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape’s natural aromas and create a straw-yellow sparkling wine with persistent fruity notes characteristic of Moscato. Elegant, sweet, and delicate on the palate.

Color and Aroma

Straw-yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage. Intense floral and fruity bouquet, typical of Moscato grapes.

Palate and Food Pairing

Fresh, fruity, sweet, and delicate. An excellent match for spicy Asian dishes, cheeses served with jam, apple pie, and a variety of desserts.
