Produced from organically grown Primitivo grapes cultivated in Puglia. Made in full compliance with organic farming regulations. After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed while keeping the skins intact. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 23–25°C for 8–10 days, with regular pump-overs during maceration to extract color, aromas, and noble compounds from the skins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak before bottling.

Palate and Food Pairing
Full-bodied, smooth, and harmonious, with ripe wild berry flavors and sweet spice notes. An excellent match for roast meats, cured ham, salami, aged cheeses, and rustic bread with olives. Best served at 16–18°C.
