Produced from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in Abruzzo. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. The juice undergoes cold settling before selected yeasts are added. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 15–18°C, preserving freshness and enhancing the wine’s fruity aromatic profile.
Color and Aroma
Bright straw-yellow in color. Fresh and fruity bouquet with the characteristic aromas typical of Pinot Grigio.
Palate and Food Pairing
Fresh, fruity, and easy-drinking on the palate. An excellent pairing for vegetable couscous, light dishes, seafood, and shellfish. Best served chilled at 10–12°C.
