Tasting: Its brilliant golden shimmer exalts delicate aromas of spices, flowers and exotic fruits, such as pepper, cinnamon, rose, mango and lychee. In the mouth, it is rich and fatty, remains fresh and pleasant thanks to an acidity still perceptible.

(AOC, "Controlled Designation of Origin") is a certification of authenticity granted to certain geographical indications for wines: ALSACE.

Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for
several months in order to develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.

Serve this wine during aperitifs, with carpaccio fish, sushi or accompanied by spicy dishes, strong cheeses. Also with chocolate and /or cooked fruit desserts.
