Winemaking

Produced from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in Abruzzo. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. The juice is chilled and cold-settled before selected yeasts are added. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 15–18°C to preserve freshness and enhance the wine’s fruity aromas.

Color and Aroma

Bright straw-yellow in color. The bouquet is fresh and fruity, showcasing the characteristic aromas of Pinot Grigio.

Palate and Food Pairing

Fresh, fruity, and easy-drinking on the palate. An excellent match for vegetable couscous, light meals, seafood, and shellfish such as crab, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and clams.
