A semi-sparkling rosé wine produced from Merlot and Raboso grapes grown in Veneto. The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice remains in contact with the skins for a short period to achieve its delicate rosé color. The sparkle is created through temperature-controlled fermentation in autoclaves using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Delicate pink in color with a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas with distinctive notes of cherry.
