Produced from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes using the traditional Ripasso method. The wine undergoes a second fermentation on the dried grape skins of Amarone, still rich in sugar and aromatic compounds. This process enhances structure, complexity, body, and aromatic intensity while maintaining elegance and balance.
Intense ruby red in color. Fine and expressive bouquet with aromas of wild berries, ripe red fruits, and jam notes.
Dry, rich, and harmonious on the palate with excellent smoothness and depth. A perfect match for porcini mushroom risotto, braised veal shank with herbs, roasted meats, and mature cheeses. Best served at 18–20°C.
