The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve fruit quality. Fermentation takes place with skin contact at a controlled temperature of approximately 22–25°C, allowing optimal extraction of color, aromas, and soft tannins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in the cellar before bottling.
Ruby red in color. Pleasant floral aromas complemented by delicate notes of cherry.
Dry, approachable, and easy-drinking, with refreshing acidity and gentle tannins. An excellent companion to pasta dishes such as tagliatelle, lamb chops, baked cheeses, and grilled red meats. Best served at 14–16°C.
