Produced from Sangiovese grapes grown in Abruzzo. After destemming and gentle pressing, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation, with extended skin contact to achieve optimal color extraction and soft, supple tannins.
Lively ruby red in color with purplish reflections. The bouquet is fruity and elegant, complemented by delicate violet floral notes.
Smooth, harmonious, and medium-bodied, with fresh fruit character and soft tannins. An excellent pairing for stuffed pasta such as cannelloni, mushroom risotto, and a variety of grilled or barbecued meats.
